Thank you for shopping with Wavey Soulz™! We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase and would love to help. You may exchange for a new product or store credit only if your exchange request complies with our exchange policy. Refunds are only offered for lost, stolen, or misdelivered products once an investigation with USPS is complete. One (1) exchange is allowed per purchase. Wavey Soulz reserves all rights to change or modify our exchange policy at any time. If policy receives a new update, all changes (including the date the policy was last revised) will be posted to this page. We encourage you to remain informed of our current exchange policy. Any purchases after the revised date becomes effective, constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
Our products are not authorized for resale. We do not accept items for exchanges received from a third party. Any attempt to exchange a product not purchased directly from us, will render our exchange policy void.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us at supportthewave@waveysoulz.com. After 24 hours, cancellations won't be accepted. *Please include your name and order number within the e-mail*.
Wavey Soulz allows 30 days after delivery to exchange products for a new product or store credit only. If later than 30 days, a $50 fee will be charged. We will not accept any items for exchange after 60 days. To be eligible for an exchange, purchased item must be unused and in its original packaging/new packaging. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the order number must accompany the exchange to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Once we have received your item, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that your item has been received. An evaluation will take place to see product was in the same condition when delivered and whether it meets our requirements for exchange. Once evaluation is complete, you will receive an e-mail with the status of your exchange.
To exchange your product for store credit or new product, customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and non-negotiable. You are encouraged to ship your exchange using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

If customer's package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, Wavey Soulz will open an investigation with USPS. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace items or issue a refund if the product is unavailable.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE ENTERED CORRECTLY BEFORE ORDERING!
Wavey Soulz is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to the incorrect address entered by customer. If USPS confirms delivery was complete to the address entered by customer, we are unable to issue a refund.
